Yamaha Tenere 700 Rally Filter Kit
Specially developed rally kit for increased performance - improves throttle response of the Tenere 700 (2019-2024). It fits into the original airbox and is made up of 7 parts:
1. lower basket for the foam filter 2. sports air impregnated foam filter 3. upper basket 4. protective foam filter for the upper basket - the so-called pre-filter 5.-6. attachment extension (two variants) 7. protective mesh
The whole set with pre-filter is designed for use in extreme conditions (the pre-filter with cover mesh offers even more protection against sand, dust and water). Despite the double protection, the air flows enough to raise not only more power but also the torque of the bike: +4Hp and +4Nm (dynotested).

Multiple usage:
1. for driving in standard conditions or on the road, the assembly without top pre-filter is used, see the picture:
2. when riding in heavy conditions (etc. racing) such as high levels of dust and sand, mud, abrasive dirt - use a double air filter - and you have assembled a complete Rally Kit Filter, see the picture:
The pre-filter is made of high quality foam and acts as an additional layer of protection and will extend the running time between filter cleanings.
Benefits of the Rally Filter Kit:
- the upper filter captures the largest dirt, while the inner impregnated filter captures finer particles. The result is an efficient and durable two-stage filtration system. It is designed to increase airflow to the intake and maximize engine performance. Test measurements have shown increased airflow and less tendency to clog with dust or other contaminants. Thanks to the upper basket, there is no risk of deformation of the foam filter
- the lower basket prevents contaminated foam filter from being sucked into the engine
- easy to wash, reusable
- fits perfectly and makes installation easy - the shape exactly matches the original filter system
- the bottom foam filter is already treated with special oil
Installation procedure:
Before installing the double air filter and the lower basket, the OEM air inlet must first be removed (!)
1. unscrew all 4 screws around the filter 2. remove the center screw 3. remove the original filter 4. insert the foam filter into the lower basket 5. put the basket with the filter back 6. put the pre-filter (always in the direction of the arrows) on the upper basket 7. screw the extension firmly 8. put the protective mesh on the pre-filter (if necessary)
Developed and tested for sports or racing usage.
