We’ve been manufacturing the Power Kit since 2022

It all started with a temptation—to upgrade a stock motorcycle to match our ideal vision. Not that stock motorcycles ride poorly, but let’s be honest… all the latest models are missing something. And that something is the so-called “Fun Factor.” Our very first Power Kit for the CFMOTO 800MT was a huge hit with customers, even abroad. It was you who convinced us to start producing kits for a wide range of bikes, not just CFMOTO. Over the years, we’ve made incredible strides in development. We know exactly how to do it and why. We carefully test every kit and fine-tune every single detail to achieve the most optimal riding characteristics.

We’re not chasing maximum power

For us,the POWER KIT isn’t just a challenge in terms of engine power. We fine-tune every intake system with a new fuel map on a dynamometer to achieve the most optimal combustion and the most optimal power curve. We aren’t chasing maximum power. Each new fuel map was created with the goal of achieving an ideal stoichiometric mixture (the optimal ratio of fuel to oxygen in the air compressed within the cylinders). This leads to increased torque, especially at low RPMs, which is key to the driving experience we all love.

What’s included in the POWER KIT?

To help you get familiar with the terminology, here are a few terms:

POWER KIT = a set of multiple components, fine-tuned together on a dynamometer. All designed for optimal performance, while ensuring the engine functions properly and respecting the motorcycle as a whole. This combination isn’t just about maximum power and torque; it’s primarily about optimizing combustion. Intended for sports use.

INTAKE SYSTEM = intake system. It improves airflow, boosts power (by about 3–4 horses), and is easier to maintain. We’ll install it only after the motorcycle has been broken in, i.e., after at least 1,500 km. Can be purchased separately.

ECU MAP = fuel map, or rather a modified fuel map for the engine control unit. The engine control unit contains software (or a program) that controls the engine’s hardware components. This program is often referred to as a map. However, the map file extracted from the control unit actually contains several maps, such as a boost pressure map, a fuel pressure map, and a fuel injection quantity map, etc. Can be purchased separately.

EXHAUST = exhaust system, exhaust tip. Some Power Kits do not include a different type of exhaust system, while others do. If the exhaust system is tuned on a dynamometer along with the components mentioned above, the performance is fine-tuned down to the last detail. It can be purchased separately.

So what is the advantage of purchasing a Power Kit?

Contrary to what some might mistakenly assume, simply increasing power wasn’t the only motivation behind its development. Our mission is to deliver an even greater riding experience, give the bikes more dynamism and torque… and above all… that FUN FACTOR! And higher torque always helps with that—not just power.

Installing the Power Kit does not void your machine’s warranty

The engine warranty is transferred to us. Of course, the warranty does not cover standard components on the motorcycle that are not related to the Power Kit (e.g., shock absorbers or other mechanical parts, etc.) or if the motorcycle has been in an accident. However, the installation should be performed at our service center during the warranty period. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for improper mechanical work. Likewise, we do not recommend performing the installation yourself. A condition of the engine warranty, however, is proper documentation of regular warranty service visits, as well as inspection and maintenance of the foam filter. Everyone who has the installation done at our service center receives one spare (oiled) foam filter free of charge. This is so they have a spare in case they visit another service center or are planning a longer trip abroad. The sports foam filter is also our original product, Throttle Punks.

Is it possible to take a test ride?
