How to buy

Find the goods

In the top or left side menu, select from the categories, subcategories of goods you are interested in. If you already know what specific item you are looking for, click on the magnifying glass on the right side of the top menu and enter the name. If you haven't found what you are looking for, don't hesitate to ask us, it is quite possible that we have the item in our store, but we haven't managed to add it to the e-shop yet.

 Ordering goods step by step 

1. You can order the selected goods by clicking (inserting) "Add to cart". In the top menu you will then see the number, i.e. how many items you have already placed/ordered in your basket. You can continue to select more items or move to the basket by clicking on it.
2. In the "CART" section you can then see all the contents of the cart. You can change the number of items, then below you can see the total price without VAT and including VAT.
3. If you wish to complete your order, click on the "CONTINUE" button.
4. Select the shipping method. You can collect the goods from us in person (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) or have the goods sent to your chosen address by choosing a courier service. 
5. Choose your payment method. 
 
Payment options
Choose the most convenient way to pay for the goods. However, please also note that payments for the motorcycle are only made by bank transfer to your account or in person in cash.   
 

1. Cash on delivery - you will pay your order upon receipt to the carrier (PPL or DPD)

2. Bank transfer - you pay your order in advance to our account. We will send you the necessary payment details with your order confirmation.

3. Online payment card - you can pay your order by credit card from the comfort of your home and the goods (except the motorcycle) will be delivered to you by courier

4. By credit card (personal collection) - you will pay your order in person at our Throttle Punks store. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

5. Cash (personal collection) - pay your order in person in cash at our Throttle Punks store  

6. Instalment sales - you can purchase goods on instalment or enter into a contract directly in store or by email. We will make you the best offer for your monthly payment options, at 

Completing your order

In order to complete your order you need to fill in your personal details, if you are buying for a company you need to fill in the mandatory company details. If you wish to send goods to an address other than your billing address, please select "Deliver to another address". Your completed details are important to us so that we can communicate with you quickly and without difficulty in the event of a change of delivery date or other events. 

If you have anything important to tell us that might complicate delivery, please tell us by ticking the "Enter a note for the seller" box and writing the note in the space provided.  

Would you like to register with us and receive many benefits in the future?         

Check the box "I want to register in the e-shop", all the information will then be sent to your email. In the future, you can get a number of loyalty discounts, gifts or be informed about upcoming news. By registering, you definitely don't lose anything and it can be very worthwhile in the future. 

Confirm your order by clicking on the "SUBMIT ORDER" box. Within moments, you will receive a confirmed order in your email, which means we will go to the warehouse as quickly as possible and prepare the order for pick-up or shipment to the address you specify.
