CFMOTO 800MT Explore Edition POWER KIT

It consists of three parts:

1. A new intake (improves airflow and increases the motorcycle's power by about 4 hp) - now you can get it FREE when you buy a new motorcycle! 

2. Revised map of the control unit

3. Exhaust Akrapovič 

1st + 2nd + 3rd = a complete POWER KIT that we have matched into a perfect interplay of power onset, sound and ultimately more power.

Our mission is to innovate the great CFMOTO motorcycles. We have put more than six months of hard work into developing and testing the Power Kit to achieve maximum results and even greater riding pleasure. We have developed specifically for the CFMOTO 800MT, check out the video:

 1. the new intake not only for more power, but it has a lot of other benefits that you will greatly appreciate:

- the new intake is designed to improve airflow, it works as one big velocity stack that runs the air smoothly right through the filter into the manifold and into the injection system

- the new intake is much lighter and easier to handle

- is made from a high quality material that is known for its durability of mechanically stressed parts, is unaffected by high temperatures or freezing, resists acids and solvents, and is recyclable

- the new intake includes a two-layer foam filter (instead of the factory paper cartridge), which is more permeable, can be easily cleaned or washed (no need to change it every time), and you don't need tools to change the filter

Warning:

A) installation of the intake is recommended to be carried out by a professional, authorized CFMOTO service

B) the intake air temperature sensor is an original factory part

2. modified control unit map

A specially modified map on the engine brake together with an approved Akrapovič exhaust maximises driveability:

- smoothed power curve (smooth power onset without any power holes)

- more power, more horsepower: from 91Hp to 102hp

- increase in maximum torque: from 75Nm to 100Nm

Important notice: for remapping the ECU we need you to send us your control unit

3. Akrapovič CFMOTO slip-on exhaust

Tuned exhaust by Akrapovič. Adds richness to the power curve and a top-notch sporty sound! Note: if you are not a fan of exhaust tips, order the Power Kit without the exhaust, i.e. the 800MT Intake System + 800MT EXPLORE Edition ECU map (Euro 5+) separately. You can still enjoy higher performance, as the exhaust tip has the least impact on the overall performance of the Power Kit.

Please note: any other (homologated) may not achieve perfect alignment with the map and intake

How to order the 800MT Power Kit:

• For self-installation - consider possible loss of warranty if installation is done outside our service. Installation instructions are provided as a download with your order. For fuel map flashing, we will request your ECU. You can send it to us via courier or deliver it in person. We will return it to you within 1–2 days after tuning.
• With installation at our shop – we will contact you to schedule the appointment. Installation price is 250 EUR (incl. VAT) and includes fitting the performance intake system, exhaust and flashing the map.

Warnings and potential risks:

1. Remapping of the ECU unit (= you send us the unit) is only possible if it is a factory setting without any previous modifications (!). Intended for EU countries only.
2. We do not remap units purchased from the Unclewang online store (!) - these are questionable units that do not come from the original factory, so it is not possible to make a claim in the event of a defect (!).
3. We are not responsible for any defects caused by removing the catalytic converter. The exhaust system, including the catalytic converter, is designed for specific pressures and flow rates. Sudden removal may cause unexpected changes in engine operation, deterioration in performance, and sometimes a drop in actual power in certain ranges. The catalytic converter is part of the emissions certification. Its removal means that the motorcycle no longer complies with the legal limits for road use. This may result in fines, failure to pass technical inspections, a ban on use, and problems during roadside checks.
