We’ve been producing the Power Kit since 2022
It all started with temptation — to take a stock bike and turn it into our own ideal vision. Not that factory bikes ride badly, but let’s be honest… even the newest models are missing that little something. And that something is the Fun Factor. Our very first Power Kit for the CFMOTO 800MT was a hit among riders. You’re the reason we now build kits for many machines, not just CFMOTO. Since then, we’ve pushed development insanely far. We know exactly how to do it — and why. Every kit is carefully tested and fine-tuned down to the smallest details to achieve the best possible riding performance.
We’re not chasing peak horsepower
For us, the Power Kit isn’t just about squeezing numbers out of the engine. Every intake system with a fresh fuel map is tuned on a dyno to achieve optimal combustion and a smooth, usable power curve. We’re not aiming for the highest possible top figure — we aim for the right one. Each new fuel map is built to reach the ideal stoichiometric ratio (the perfect balance of fuel and oxygen compressed in the cylinders). This leads to increased torque, especially at low RPM - and that’s where the real riding pleasure lives.
What does the POWER KIT consist of?
POWER KIT = a set of various components, tuned together to the engine brake. Adjusted for optimum performance, with consideration for the engine’s functionality and respect for the whole motorcycle. It works as a supplementary kit for maximum performance.

INTAKE SYSTEM = improves airflow, increases power (by about 3-4 hp) and makes maintenance easier than before. Can be purchased separately. Why is our intake system better? It optimizes air intake: more airflow, smoother and more linear air flow. Please note that “more air” also means more intake noise (if you’re not a fan of extra decibels, we recommend ECU remapping only).

ECU MAP = fuel map and modified fuel map of the control unit. The software (or program) that controls the hardware components of the engine is loaded into the control unit. And it’s this program that is often referred to as a map. However, this map file taken from the control unit actually contains several maps, such as a boost map, a fuel pressure map, and a fuel injection rate map, etc. Can be purchased separately.
EXHAUST = affects how the air leaves the engine. Some Power Kits don’t have a different type of exhaust, some do. If the exhaust is tuned to the engine brake along with the components above, then your performance will be tuned to a tee. Can be purchased separately.
So what is the benefit of buying the Power Kit?
As some might mistakenly think, simply increasing power was not our only motivation for the development. Our mission is to deliver an even greater driving experience, to give the machines more dynamics and thrust... and most of all, the.... FUN FACTOR! And for that you always need more torque, not just more power.
Do you lose your machine warranty by installing the Power Kit?
Installing the intake system is a demanding mechanical operation and a non-OEM part. We recommend consulting your CFMOTO dealer or service center before installation.
