Tip for Oil Penetration:
-
Place the foam filter into a sturdy bag, pour in the appropriate amount of oil, and gently work the oil into the entire filter with your fingers (do not wring). Remove any excess oil.
Regular Inspection and Maintenance:
-
Regularly check the foam filter. As soon as it becomes dirty, remove it from the motorcycle (clean it or replace it with a new one).
Maintenance and Cleaning:
-
When the filter becomes dusty, the filter material can be washed and dried (we recommend using a suitable solvent).
-
Once clean, re-oil the filter and remove any excess oil by squeezing the filter—do not wring it.
