CFMOTO 800MT Explore Power Kit Euro 5+

We have been manufacturing Power Kits since 2022, in-house at Throttle Punks.

This specially developed kit for the CFMOTO 800MT Explore delivers far more than the factory setup.
With the Power Kit, you benefit from significantly higher torque (both across the range and at peak) as well as increased power (again, throughout the range and at peak values). The bike gains an entirely new level of dynamics and power delivery. Final output: 102 HP and 100 Nm of torque.
Note: Baseline values are based on real dyno measurements, not manufacturer catalog data.

Complete Set (= maximum performance) consists of the following components:

1. 800MT Intake System
A new sport intake system (replacing the stock airbox) for higher power and faster acceleration. Includes the intake system and a foam air filter.

2. 800MT EXPLORE Edition ECU Map (Euro 5+)
A finely tuned ECU map that improves power and torque delivery across the entire RPM range. Provides a much stronger feel during overtaking and acceleration - all riding maneuvers become noticeably more agile and responsive.

3. 800MT Akrapovič CFMOTO Slip-On Exhaust
A performance slip-on exhaust by Akrapovič. Enhances the richness of the power delivery and delivers a premium sport sound.
Note: If you prefer to keep the stock exhaust, order the Power Kit without the exhaust — i.e. the 800MT Intake System + 800MT EXPLORE Edition ECU Map (Euro 5+). You will still enjoy increased performance, as the exhaust has the smallest impact on overall power gains within the Power Kit.

Warning & potential Risks:

1. ECU remapping (you send us the unit) is only possible if the unit is in factory stock condition with no prior modifications. Intended for European countries only.

2. We do not remap units purchased from the Chinese commercial webshops - these are dubious units not originating from the official factory, so any failure is not eligible for warranty or claim.

3. We accept no liability for any damage caused by removing the catalytic converter. The exhaust system, including the catalyst, is engineered for specific pressure and flow characteristics. Sudden removal can lead to unexpected changes in engine behavior, degraded power delivery, and in some cases even a drop in real-world performance in certain RPM ranges. The catalytic converter is part of the emissions homologation; its removal makes the motorcycle non-compliant with legal road-use emission limits. Consequences may include: fines, failure to pass technical inspection, prohibition of road use, and issues during roadside checks.

 How to order the 800MT Power Kit:

• For self-installation - consider possible loss of warranty if installation is done outside our service. Installation instructions are provided as a download with your order. For fuel map flashing, we will request your ECU. You can send it to us via courier or deliver it in person. We will return it to you within 1–2 days after tuning.
• With installation at our shop – we will contact you to schedule the appointment. Installation price is 250 EUR (incl. VAT) and includes fitting the performance intake system, exhaust and flashing the map.
