800MT Engine Guard
Robust, compact, protective, reinforced engine guard developed for all versions of CFMOTO 800MT series. Made of 4mm thick aluminium alloy.
Compared to the stock cover, it protects much more risky parts, e.g. water pump, heat exchanger. The engine plate is taller in the front to protect the exhaust manifolds, the added grille protects the rest of the manifolds from dirt as well (while not obstructing airflow). Silent blocks at the bottom of the cover distribute the impact so the lower part of the engine does not suffer.
Overall, this engine guard is better protected from external influences such as stones, mud or dust. It will also stand up to tough off-road conditions.

All in all, this reinforced engine guard offers improved protection and durability for CFMOTO 800MT motorcycles. For off-road riders, this is a very useful addition that can help extend the life of the engine and minimize the risk of damage.
Advantages and added value compared to the serial one:
- Extended protection: the engine guard provides extended protection for hazardous engine parts such as the water pump and heat exchanger, among others. This minimizes the risk of damage to critical components that may be exposed to external influences, shock and dirt.
- Increased height: the cover is higher at the front, allowing better protection of the exhaust tips. This can be useful when driving on rough terrain where these parts could be exposed to potential damage.
- Grille: The cover has an added protective grille in front of the exhaust tips to help protect these parts. The grille is designed to not impede airflow, which is important for engine cooling.
- Silentblocks: The silentblocks are located at the bottom of the cover. These elements absorb shock and vibration, protecting the bottom of the engine from potential damage.
- Protection in rough terrain: This reinforced engine guard has been designed to stand up to tough terrain conditions. This means the motorcycle is better protected from elements such as rocks, mud and dust that could otherwise damage the engine.
